What is OTC Trips?
OTC Trips is a student-run travel agency that helps fraternities, sororities, and college groups plan trips for formals, retreats, spring break, and more. We build your whole trip from scratch — no cookie-cutter stuff.
How is OTC different from other travel agencies?
We’re literally in Greek life ourselves. We know the vibe, the budget, and the chaos. That’s why we offer transparent pricing, custom packages, and full-service planning — from flights to hotels to payment plans.
Is OTC Trips just for fraternities and sororities?
Nope! We work with all types of college organizations — clubs, intramural teams, student councils — even friend groups just trying to escape for a weekend.
BOOKING & QUOTES
How do we get started?
Fill out the Get a Quote form and tell us about your group. We’ll build a custom package and walk you through it step-by-step. No pressure, no upfront cost.
How far in advance should we plan?
For formals, at least 8–10 weeks ahead. For spring break or retreats, the earlier the better (2+ months ideal). Last-minute trips are possible, but options may be limited.
Is there a minimum group size?
We typically work with groups of 10 or more, but reach out — we can sometimes make exceptions depending on the trip type.
What if we don’t know our final headcount yet?
Totally normal. You can give us a ballpark number, and we’ll help you lock in pricing based on that. Final numbers come later when you’re ready to book.
COST & PAYMENTS
How much does a trip cost?
Every trip is different, but we’ll always give you upfront, all-in pricing (no surprise fees). Packages start as low as $300–$500 per person depending on location and travel dates.
Do you offer payment plans?
Most of our partner agencies require a deposit up front to reserve your spot, and then the remaining balance is due before the trip. We'll give you all the payment deadlines up front so your group can stay on track.
How do payments work?
Once your group decides to move forward, we connect you to our travel partners who handle secure payment collection directly. We never store your credit card info.

What does OTC actually handle?
We build the whole thing:

Do we have to plan anything ourselves?
Nope. Once we lock in your preferences, we handle all the logistics. You just show up and vibe.

What happens if someone cancels?
It depends on the package. Most bookings have cancellation windows or allow name changes. We’ll walk you through all of that before you pay.
What if we want to reschedule our trip?
Let us know ASAP — we’ll work with our partners to shift the dates if possible.
